Responsibilities:
Must be able to plan, develop and implement Human Resources strategies independantly.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the restaurant's Human Resources budget, processes and guidelines.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Phileo Damansara 1, Seksyen 16.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Well versed in the full spectrum of Human Resources.
Mature, resourceful, highly motivated and results-oriented.
Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills.
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
