Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of Human Resource & Administration function at company level.
Responsible for the company’s HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development as well as Employee Relations.
Drive employee development programs in ensuring a competent workforce.
Recommend and implement HR policies that are effective and reflective of current industry practices.
Responsible for planning and implementing a performance based rewards system.

Requirements:
Self driven
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience in full spectrum of human resource and administration.
Conversant in Malaysian Employment Laws
Meticulous and able to work independently.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
