Responsibilities:
Answer any questions a guest may have, especially concerning the Resort’s facilities.
Assist other departments as directed.
Should be able to shoulder responsibilities.
Able to work under pressure
Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times
Maintains friendly, neat and professional image to guests.
Provides courteous service to guests and responds promptly and tactfully to guest complaints, request and inquiries.
Upkeep the cleaning materials and ensure that the storage cabinet is clean and tidy. Maintain good working relations with fellow colleagues and colleagues from the other departments.
Requirements:
GCE “O” level.
Minimum 1 year working in hotel industry – Preferably in a 5 star hotel.
F&B experience essential
Butler skills
Social skills.
General knowledge.
Good Command in English – written and spoken, multi-lingual desirable.
Must be self-motivated.
