Requirements:
•Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Accounting.
•Minimum 8 years successful track record at a managerial level
•Excellent communications skill for both English and Bahasa written and verbal.
•Must have preferably working knowledge of Accounting and Hotel System SUN, OPERA and MC.
•Able to work under pressure
•Self-starter, results oriented and also a team player
•Pleasant personality with good organisational skills
•Excellent and proven problem solving skills
•Independent and self-motivated with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to train as such in the team
•Energetic, result-oriented and prepared to face challenges – irrelevant of consequences
•Resourceful and reliable in meeting objectives and expectations
•Actions and implements training resolves on a daily basis to ensure an excellent working department.
•Actions Disciplinary procedures in conjunction with the hotels policies and procedures.
•Be able to Succession Plan and implement comprehensive training programes.
•To improve the profit and lower the cost of all areas of Resort operations to meet budgeted targets.
•Able to work weekends, public holidays and shifts as required.
•Highly analytical and procedures driven to ensure consistency within the department.
•Must have excellent working knowledge of all operational departments within Finance to ensure Financial protocols are followed.
