Responsibilities:
Responsible for the promotion of the products and solutions offered by the company.
Responsible for new account development in Hospitals, Clinical Laboratories, Medical Clinics, etc.
Managing of existing key account customers and generating additional revenues to ensure business growth.
Strive to achieve and exceed monthly/yearly sales projections and budget targets set by the Company.
Manage and achieve team sales targets and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Provide reports to superior with customers' progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
Candidate will be required to provide necessary feedback and market surveys to assist the Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing in business planning activities.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Personnel / Management.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, in any field.
Working experience in healthcare or other sales fields would be an advantage.
Comfortable in the area of sales, marketing and people management.
Must be organised, demonstrate leadership ability, strong personal and interpersonal management, and negotiation skills.
Responsible, self-motivated, committed, well organised, highly-focused in achieving targets and deadlines able to work under pressure and work with professional integrity.
Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills, assertive, self-disciplined and result-oriented.
Dynamic and sharp with positive mental attitude, and pleasant looking / well-groomed.
Possess excellent command of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Possess valid driving license with own transport and willing to travel.
