Responsibilities:

Entire administration of the warehouse/Logistic Management Department which includes planning, directing and controlling logistics activities.

Formulating and implementing appropriate policies, procedures control and checks & balances for the smooth and transparent administration of the Department. eg. Daily cycle count activities/accuracy. Inventory reporting accuracy, kitting/picking support for production lines, month inventory count (PI) count reconciliation.

Providing full customer service support which include prompt and efficient supply of materials and services to all within stipulated Cycle time.

Proper warehouse management to minimize delivery point holding cost and also the risk of obsolescence.

Other duties upon requested by superior from time to time.

To adhere all related procedures/ activities implementation.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any field.

Preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics management discipline or equivalent with minimum 7 years of experience in materials planning or logistics/supply chain. Hands-on knowledge in warehouse management system (WMS) is an added advantage.

Applicants should be Malaysian.

Preferably Managers specializing in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Automotive or equivalent.

Independent, Good analytical and planning skills, Good team building skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical , aggressive, able to work under pressure and of high integrity.
