Responsibilities:
Perform all office administrative tasks and meet all assigned deadlines as required.
Carry out routine administrative and documentation duties such as handle phone calls, basic accounting, generate various types of management reports, prepare invoices, writing letters / memorandum, maintain efficient filing system for smooth retrieval process and etc.
Handle enquiries arising from PR activities and ensure smooth operation of PR support.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Managers.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Communications or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Work, PowerPoint and etc.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
