Responsibilities:
Assist the Group Accountant to oversee all aspect of Finance and Accounts function for Serviced Residences
Ensure that receivables and payables are properly recorded and all transactions are completed in timely manner
Responsible for preparing Finance and Management report
Ensure all statutory reports and payments are submitted on timely manner
Review Bank Reconciliation and monitor cash flow
Prepare yearly budget
Ensure that proper accounting controls and procedures are being adhered to by accounting staff
Ensure tight credit control measures are being implemented to reduce slow and non collection, process credit application/conduct credit checks
Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accountancy and Professional qualification in ACCA or MICPA or and member of MIA
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in the similar position, preferably in Hotel industry
Good working knowledge of accounting standards, consolidation, taxation and other regulatory financial reporting requirements
Good written and spoken English
Good analytical, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer knowledge in Ms-Office. Experience in First Accounting system, Guest Centric will be added advantage
