Responsibilities:
Compilation of documents and filling.
Keep records of staff leave.
Timely submission of all documents to HQ.
Prepare credit card settlement list to HQ.
Follow up of debtors aging list and update status.
Maintain and update petty cash book.
Issuing of official receipt for payment received.
Costing of daily repair order.
Any other related job as and when assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
Basic computer literacy.
SPM or its equivalent.
Telephone handling skills.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with customer.
