Responsibilities:
Attend to customers’ vehicle repair needs in an attentive and courteous manner, diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions.
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers.
Prepare estimated repair costs and job completion time, follow-up on work progress and update customers accordingly, inspect condition of vehicle before delivery.
Carry out telephone follow up calls to obtain customers’ feedback for further action.

Requirements:
Minimum SPM/SPMV/MLVK/Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
1 or 2 years experience as Technician.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and listening skills and ability to assess customer’s needs and identify appropriate solutions.
Patient, pleasant, independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel).
