Responsibilities:
Monitoring supply markets and trends
Identifying the critical materials and services required to support company strategies in key performance areas
Developing supply options and contingency plans that support company plans
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding tender/ bids to suppliers through RFQ process
Conducts meetings, prepares and presents reports, and provides information to identify purchasing requirements, projects requirement, establish business plans and performance objectives, and report performance against plan and business objectives
Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policies and procedures
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with vendors/ suppliers
Negotiate for best purchasing package with vendors/ suppliers
Monitor with end-user on the good performance of the services rendered or condition of good received
Ability to handle multiple assignments; and Any others duties as directed by superior from time to time.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or related field.
At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in Contracts & Procurement
Excellent negotiation skills and pro-active self starter
Good interpersonal communication skills and result oriented
Excellent in report writing, proposal and paper work
Age : between 25 - 36 years old
