Responsibilities:
Ability to handle Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payables
Response to queries
Review invoices to ensure that correct approvals have been received, code invoices correctly, enter details into financial system accurately
Set up and maintain customer accounts in the financial system
Filing, copying and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of related working experience
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure
Fluent in English with good communication skill
Ability to work with people at different levels and different nationalities
Work Location: Jalan Sultan Ismail area, Kuala Lumpur (5-day week)
