Responsibilities:
Responsible in taking off quantity and prepare monthly project progress claim.
Able to liase with Subcontractor, Authorities & Suppliers.
Familiar with BQ, tender preparation, submission, procurement support.
To handle all inquiries of quotation.
To be hardworking, enthusiasm, responsible to the tasks / jobs.

Requirements:
Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, or Degree in Quantity Survey/ Building or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language :  Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Full time position available.
Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 is an advantage.
