Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support in the salon, attending to customer, appointment setting , reports.
Provide constant feedback to management on customer's response.
 Answers phone queues and email replying to ensure internal and external customer issues are managed and resolved.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in telecommunication.
Reliable, committed and able to work independently as well as contribute to team work.
To assist superior in any ad-hoc task as assigned. 
Other clerical duties related to the Customer Service Executive.

Requirements:
Must be well groomed, presentable with a pleasant personality and self motivated.
Enthusiastic & passion personality.
Preferably computer literate.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and Cantonese.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably female applicant.
Able to work on assigned shift.
