Responsibilities:
to planogistics and manage all marketing events including road shows, receptions and PR events, community events and education fairs as well as ad-hoc events to promote
attend to customer feedback, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards.
to plan, create, manage and update marketing collaterals for marketing and promotions including FAQs
to conduct market research and feasibility as well as prepare reports for use of marketing and promotional activities
to update contents for the website, newsletter as well as other digital media
to manage the feedback and follow-up to all potential and registered parents
to work closely with the various appointed agencies including PR, advertising etc for the marketing/promotional activities

Requirements:
candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
possess a high level of initiative, integrity and professionalism
excellent command of spoken and written in English and able to interact well with students, parents and all levels of people
comfortable and previous experience working with media
required skill(s): marketing, analytical, public relation, MS Office.
required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
at least 3 – 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
preferably senior executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
junior executive are also welcome to apply for this position
applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Anstek, Selangor
applicant must be willing to travel
