Responsibilities:
Assist on phone calls and sales enquiries
Assist in preparing quotations and management reports
Responsible on day-to-day administration & coordination activities of sales division.
Responsible to coordinate, track sales and marketing activities.
To ensure that all customer needs are carried out
Developed and maintain good relationship with clients
Independent & capable to perform administrative functions such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, organizing activities and provide the right information or channel to the right associates to handle the matter.
Requirements:
Minimum certificate / diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience
Preferable one (1) year of sales or customer service experience
Ability to work independently in a fast pace working environment
Proficiency and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive & meticulous, multi tasking & able to deliver results within timeline
