Responsibilities:
Managing daily data entry, billing, purchase order, collection, payment & accounting
Prepare monthly management report for review and analysis
Handle the filing and housekeeping of records and report
Manage and coordinate internally on studio job progress
Sending quotations and communicate with customers
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
 
Requirements:
2 -3 years hands on experience in account & management 
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Knowledge and familiarity in MYOB system is a MUST
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Full-Time and Part-Time position available
