Requirements:
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in hospitality, tourism or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity at a 4 to 5 star international hotel.
Knowledgeable of techniques for planning, organizing and communication with a large team.
Experience in inventories, equipment, chemicals usage and supplies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful, hands on operations and detailed oriented.
Excellent Quality management skills.
Customer focused and knowledgeable of all the requirement in a 5 star hotel.
Knowledgeable in Opera / Fidelio system will be an added advantage.
