Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full spectrum of the human resource function including day to day administrative and operational activities of the Human Resource Department covering recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training and development and employee communications.
Responsible to monitor, analyze HR indicators and recommend action plans.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Strong in leadership, excellent organizational skill, pleasant personality.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the area of Human Resource with minimum 4 years supervision experience in the retail business.
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
