Responsibilities:
Handle customers at the Reception counter (walk-in visitors) and office (telephone enquiries)
Provide good customer service and able to handle complaints and enquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally
Handle basic clerical and administrative duties

Requirements:
Preferably female with minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification
Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese dialects
Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
A good team player and willing to assist colleagues
Willing to work long hours, weekend and public holiday
