Responsibilities:
You will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with his teams in the construction division.
To manage multi-disciplinary works within the project(s) including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.
Monitor all managers and his teams at each project sites.
To plan, guide and monitor construction delivery phases including oversees coordination of works, implement and track cost control of project, ensure adherence to the required quality and safety standards, liaise with contractors, consultants and clients with the objective of ensuring timely and quality completion of projects within budget.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a recognised Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
At least 8-10 years relevant hands-on experience in project planning, implementation, co-ordination and project management
Good leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be familiar with advanced building construction techniques, high quality finishing items, contract terms and conditions along with overall management of projects
Remuneration will commensurate according to the experience
