Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities of the receiving, storing and issuing of all food, beverage & general store item.
Review the inventory controls, such as fast & slow and obsolete products and maintain a health stocks level at every time.
Conduct the month-end inventory of Food, Beverage & General Item and compile closing stock values for all outlets and store
Prepare daily/monthly F&B cost report.
Prepare quarterly OSE - Linen, Chinaware & etc report.
Carry out periodic inventory spot checks and analysis on any variances.
Be key person liase with F&B Operations in maintain or changes of new Beverage listing/special functions request
 Experience in CHECK EAM system or any Hotel operate inventory system 

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Hotel Management.
Must have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in Hotel industry preferably in Finance / Cost Control Department.
Good leadership skill and a team player. 
 Mature and analytical minded.
