Responsibilities:
Preparation of consolidated /group accounts, management and financial reports for internal and external reporting requirements.
Prepare analysis schedules and perform financial analysis.
Attend tax matters for compliance purposes including deferred taxes.
Assists in monitoring and operations of financial accounting section.
Familiar with FRS-Know about the recent developments of FRS.
Familiar with Malaysia/Overseas (Cross Border) Taxation.
Familiar with listing requirements and Bursa Malaysia Reporting.
Hands on for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Able to prepare budget and monitor variances.
Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Requirements:
CIMA or other Professional body/Degree in Accounting, preferably an MIA member.
At least 5 years experience in accounts preparation and analysis.
Proactive, independent and able to communicate fluently.
Good personality, honest.
