Responsibilities:
To schedule working timetable for a group of workers such as supervisors, technicians & operators.
To monitor the workers attitude and discipline.
To ensure the monthly target set is achieved, the machinery/equipment fully running and the product delivered according to schedule.
To do machine setting and confirm the machine condition before running new product and do minor repairing if the machine have faulty.
To control the expenses related to manufacturing activity, reduce the material waste and reduce in-process reject.
To educate subordinate with latest information and able to do consultation for problem subordinate.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (or equivalent) in Engineering (Mechatronic), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) and above.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Advantage language(s): Chinese (Mandarin).
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Manufacturing/Production Operations field is required for this position.
Able to work independently (with minimum supervision) or in group task.
Able to work under pressure.
Applicants must have the Leadership skill.
Have the knowledge of ISO9000 and QCC Activity.
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
