Responsibilities:
To achieve brand building needs by overseeing all activities relating to the brands assigned and ensures continuous growth performances in accordance with the Company's pre-set objectives.
Translate marketing strategy into actionable and sound marketing programs with specific set objectives which results in the achievement of overall brand objectives and complements the business plan in terms of brand equity, market share objectives, annual business volume and profitability targets.
Strive to ensure the successful implementation of approved marketing programs towards achieving the set objectives.
Manages the brand marketing expenses in accordance to the set business management guideline and COA and maximize the value of each spent to deliver the set objectives.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Possess strong conceptual skills and understanding of marketing planning and brand management.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in FMCG, Marketing, Trade Marketing or Brand Management is required for this position.
