Responsibilities:
•To handle general office duties & administrative tasks.
•Assist in daily operation of the office, ie. handle incoming and outgoing documents, prepare, scan and fax documents.
•Perform data-entry.
•Organize and manage documents, correspondence, records and maintain an organized filing system.
•Handle telephone calls, enquiries or requests appropriately.

Requirements:
•Minimum SPM qualification.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Pleasant personality and good telephone etiquette.
