Responsibilities:
Review of monthly management accounts
Review of monthly Consolidated Accounts
Preparation of management reports for Finance Committee
Preparation of Quarterly Reports for announcement to Bursa Malaysia and analysis for management use
Tax computation and review
Liasing with Auditors on yearly audits and review of draft audited accounts
Liasing with tax agent and IRB on tax matters
Supervision of Finance and Accounts staff
Preparation of project cashflows

Requirements:
Auditing experience with major accounting firm
Professional accounting qualification
Experience with developer/construction companies required
Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards
Minimum 7 years of working experience
