Responsibilities:
Preparation of payment vouchers, invoices and related documents
Debtor collection
To carry out other general administration duties
To provide admin support in marketing activities
Maintain system of ordering materials, supplies, and equipment

Requirements:
Minimum SPM / LCCI qualification / Diploma
Possess minimum 2 years of working experience
Must be highly self-motivated, responsible, organised, disciplined, proactive, a team player, multi-tasking and able to work independently
Good Computer knowledge
Knowledge in QnE Accounting software is an added advantage
Familiar with monthly reconciliation, closing and reporting
Location of workplace : Mont Kiara
