Responsibilities:
Work along-side with Operations Senior Management team and provide strong financial leadership to the Management and Financial functions.
Ensure compliance to all statutory and legal requirement.
Ensure effective internal controls are in place and good corporate gorvenance are practised and adhered to.
Provide financial reports, analysis and interpretation for financial planning and strategies.
Responsible for treasury functions and effective tax planning of the company.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess MICPA, ACCA and must be a member of MIA.
Minimum 12-15 years with in depth knowledge in finance and operations leadership experience in a MNC manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge on FRS and taxation and experience in audit will be an advantage.
Able to demostrate financial expertise and controllership experience with excellent business acumen.
Provide strong and decisive leadership in leading significant projects across multiple functions.
This position will be required to make presentation to Senior Management regularly, excellent communication & presentation skills are essential.
Able towork in Ipoh, Perak.
