Reporting to Group Human Resources Manager located in Hong Kong, this dynamic individual will act as a business partner to local managers to provide full spectrum of professional human resources services including recruitment & selection, performance management, retention and employee relations for offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Australia
University degree holder in Human Resources Management or related subjects
Minimum 8 years hands-on HR & Administration experience; working experience with multinational companies preferred.
In-depth understanding of the principles, concepts and practices of general human resources management is required.
People-sensitive, independent, mature, open-minded and innovative.
Good planning, organizing skills, and is meticulous and fast paced.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
