Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and co-ordinate HR activities in the areas of recruitment/placement or payroll administration
To liaise with hiring managers and recruitment agencies or put up advertisements at recruiting websites (including shortlisting, interviewing and assisting in identifying core requirement and skill for the position); to manage the full spectrum of the company payroll, prepare and submit statutory reports
Support and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company and assist to implement other compensation and benefits related matters as assigned by the Department Head.
Ensure recruitment process are adherence to recruitment policy & compliance
Manage staff movement process (including promotion, transfer, resignation, conversion, termination etc) 

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment
Possess good writing skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Well versed in MS applications
Able to conduct selection interviews and assess candidate quality
Good analytical, planning & organization skills
Independent, self-motivated, energetic, vocal, sociable and able to show initiative and a strong sense of ownership & responsibilities
