Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company business goals.
Provide HR guidance and advice to corporate on government initiatives, best practices and employment laws.
Plan and organize the activities in HR functions that involve the establishment of manpower requirements for the company, recruitment of the correct caliber employees, initiation of Induction and Placement Programmes and formulation of Human Resource Policies, strategies and guidelines.
Evaluate the performance of subordinates and is responsible for the completion of the Yearly Appraisal Reports in HRD.
Handle all HR Management reports.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Strong planning and organizational skills, computer literate, HRM system, MS Excel.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
 
Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
