Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of human resources activities
To follow-up closely with respective department on Payroll Preparation
Reports (Monthly Schedule, Monthly Reports, Organization Structure, Overtime Report, Leave & Attendance Record, Employee Movement Report) and prepare human resources related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to both legal requirements and appropriate HR practice  / correspondence.
Maintenance of human resources data base, including salary movements such as new appointment, transfer, bonus, increment, promotion and other related matters
Assist in administering recruitment, interview, orientation, promotion, disciplinary and separation processes

Requirements:
Minimum three (3) years of working experience in Human Resources functions such as handling full spectrum of payroll functions, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations and HR administration matters
Must have good understanding of statutory requirements, i.e., Labour Law, Industrial Relation Acts, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax
Preferably candidates capable for working independently and working under pressure.
 Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
