Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for revenue generating activities for a fortune 500 client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia through research, marketing, networking and presenting at various functions. As an Account Manager, employee will be expected to meet quota or other sales targets set by management. Once business is generated, this position will also be required to provide customer retention and/or account management through excellent communication and service via phone, email, SMS or client visits throughout each day. The Account Manager will be expected to report to management their day to day activities and progress as necessary and make suggestions while providing guidance regarding business strategies for implementation within the country.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates must be exposed and experienced in online buying or marketing.
Applicants must be able to foster and cultivate relationships with sellers.
Must be able to develop and implement strategies to expand listings of auctions and fixed price listings.
Must be exposed with internal systems to be able to respond with client requests and up-selling opportunities.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be computer savvy.
Candidates must be willing to start immediately.
