Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to assist our marketing team in expanding our industry-leading testing & maintenance services to clients throughout the region.
Attend to client enquiries and prepare quotation
Negotiate and close deals with clients
Follow up on prospective clients
Collaborate with Technical and Administration Departments on client's technical requirements
Assist in coordinating external meetings for Marketing team
Assist in organising trainings and marketing seminars
Maintain electronic filing system as well as hard copies
Requirements:
Clerical work experience required, sales or marketing experience a plus.
Experience using computer and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment.
Strong attention to detail.
