Responsibilities:
To prepare monthly payroll
Controlling and managing employee disciplinary issues
Prepare relevant correspondences and update personnel records pertaining to staff disciplinary issues and staff career development issues.
Carry out staff yearly criminal force check.
Controlling daily employee attendance.
Manipulating & monitoring staff leaves records.
Prepare company memorandum & notice.
Monitoring & update staff personnel record.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies or equivalent.
1-2 years experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred skill(s) : HR2000, Employment Act and Payroll.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
Positive work attitude.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task.
Full-Time positions available.
