Responsibilities:
Experience in handling of Pharmaceutical and Health supplement products.
Plan, develop and implement consumer marketing initiatives for consumer products in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.
To create and develop promotion activities (POS material) for customers/ incentives programs / leaflets/ retail visual merchandising…)
To plan and monitor with given A &P for ATL and BTL planning to drive sales.
Constantly develop ideas and marketing innovation in order to achieve competitive advantage.
Ensure sales target set by the Company are achieved.
Dealing with key accounts buyer, modern trade and GPs' relationships and monitor monthly sales to ensure company's goals and objectives achieved.
Pay regular visits to outlets to maintain counters, and to gather market information and report to the management.

Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or its equivalent.
Possess not less than 2 years experience in FMCG and Pharmaceutical Sales &Marketing.
Possess  knowledge and experience on branding, marketing and development of marketing programs.
Possess  experience ( dealing with buyer) in sales and trade development area.
Required languages : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft, Work, Excel & Power point.
Able to work Independent with minimum supervision and organized to meet deadlines.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
 Malaysian citizen only
Age preferably below 38 years old.
