Responsibilities:
To handle basic day-to-day administrative duties
Handling  telephone calls and taking messages or refers elsewhere if necessary
Prepare letters/memos, data input and etc
Manage the filing system for the company, postage, arranging despatch and couriers
Stationery Control
Able to multitask and handle ad hoc requirements

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
Possess pleasant interpersonal skills, matured and able to work with minimum supervision. 
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be computer literate with Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel. 
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. 
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya. 
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
