So, if you are someone who:
Communicates (read, write, and speak) well in English;
Works creatively to design and develop software;
Strives for knowledge and improvement;
Is sound in at least one Microsoft Development tool;
Has gained experience through successful (and even sometimes unsuccessful) projects;
Holds some sort of relevant paper qualification (don't worry about this).
