Responsibilities:
You must collect, compile and organize customer and sales data base
You must act as back-up and support base to Sales Department
You must coordinate and follow up well with Dealers with respect to their enquiries, orders, deliveries and payments
You must source for competitive quotations from suppliers for office stationery and other ‘things’ required by the company
You must issue invoices promptly
Requirements:
You must be friendly, passionate, willing to learn and hardworking
You know how to take initiative and always go beyond the call of duty
You have the mentality of a winner and take full responsibility for all things that happen in your job
It will be good if you possess some knowledge of Auto Count, computer literate, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Min SPM or Diploma in LCCI/ Business Studies.
Working experience in the related field is not that important so long as you have the right attitude.
Of course having a good command of Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English will come in handy in the course of the work
