Responsibilities:
Contract administrative functions and measurements of quantities
Prepare progress claims on work progress on site
Negotiate subcontractors and resolve contractual issues with sub-contractors / vendors.
Manage sub-contractors / vendors, including assessment and preparation of payment certificates
Prepare budget and cash flow
Preparation and submission of tenders.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or other related qualification
Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field, preferably in Civil & Building works.
Ability to organize, co-ordinate and control payment claims from subcontractors
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
Highly committed with initiative and integrity.
Exposure to contract administration and familiar with ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System is an added advantage.
Candidates with proven trade record / experience may be consider for senior position.
