Responsibilities:
Responsible for all HR functions i.e. Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Recruitment
Responsible for all administrative matters including expatriate management and foreign workers matters
Liaise with head of departments to deliver HR support and participation on all HR matters and human resource development program
Coordinate and facilitate company’s HR policies and procedures coordination with HQ
Administer company’s performance management program
 
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration/Management, Economics, Human Resource Management, Humanities / Liberal Arts, Linguistics / Languages or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Working experience related to HR functions
Experience in a manufacturing / multinational company will be an added advantage
Experience in dealing with unionized employees, foreign workers matters and expatriate processes and regulations
Knowledge of legal regulation of Malaysian labor affairs
Can process negotiation with in-house union from company-wide view
Sincere and independent personality
 
Applicants must be willing to work in BATU GAJAH
Preferably Managers or Senior Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
