Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is responsible for providing an effective and efficient lending service support and ensures the Library offers consistent high quality and customer focus service in support of the University’s learning, teaching and research activities. He/She will carrying out assigned tasks such as assisting users with lending services and facilities, administrative, user education, stack management and related lending services task. The candidate will report to the Lending Services Librarian.

Requirements:
•Minimum qualifications, SPM, preferably STPM, Diploma
•At least 1 year of working experience
•Pleasant and service oriented
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Self-motivated and able to communicate effectively with students and staff
•Good command of written and spoken English
•Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications – Words, Excel & Power Point
•Willing to undertake shift work
