Responsibilities:
To supervise and control F&B outlets / stalls in a medium-sized Food Court to the standards and expectations set by the Company.
Key Responsibility Areas include team performance, increase sales and profitability, effective cost controls and development, training and retention of staff and associates.
To maximise revenue and profits.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Food & Beverage (F&B) Services Management or equivalent.
At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required (compulsory) for this position.
Must be able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays (if required) and/or odd hours.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuching.
Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Result-oriented, aggresive and a team player.
Excellent PR, interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferably Sarawakians.
Able to start immediately.
