Requirements:
The incumbent will be responsible for the planning and implementation of development projects.
Preferably with minimum of 5 years working experience in developer firm or with related background
Ability to work independently and to lead a project management team.
Familiar with development policies and guidelines.
Degree or Diploma in Housing, Building & Planning / Architecture / Engineering / Quantity Surveying or any other related discipline will be an advantage.
Possess own transport.
