Responsibilities:
Handly supplier selection process (sourcing for new & potantial suppliers)
Negotiate with suppliers on price, credit terms and purchasing related matters (bud, std cost, moq) specifying quality, quantity and delivery schedules
Responsible to issue PO & verify DO
Monitor marketing Chnages, competitor prices and products and past sales patterns to forecast future demand
Monitor inventory to ensure the stocks quantity fulfillment and safety stocks
Handly complaints and liaise with supplier on return goods
Improve purchasing SOP & maintain ISO
Liaise with inter-department to ensure customer requirement are fulfilled (MRP & MPS)
Intiate & Monitor cost reduction program / Hunkering down
Initiate & coordinate yearly suppliers audit
Any other duites assigned by the supervisor, from time to time.

Requirements:
Minimum SPM/diploma graduate  
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. 
3 Full-Time positions available. 
PC literate .
Good working attitude  
Able to work independently.
