Responsibilities:
Engineers must possess extensive expertise in IT discipline performing assignments in complex/critical need areas.
Resolve technical problems requiring application of existing technology, standards and process with appropriate resources
Demonstrated experience with good supporting and engineering knowledge in Sun Solaris(most middleware applications on SunSolaris), Linux, HP UX and Windows server operating system and associated software applications.
Demonstrated working experience resolving applications and OS issues on a Sun Solaris, HPUX & Windows Platform
Demonstrated working experience troubleshooting and resolving Weblogic, SunOne - IPlanet, Tomcat, IIS, & Apache
Demonstrated working experience in troubleshooting and resolving BEA WebLogic product (version 8, 9, 10). - Very Important
Demonstrated working experience in troubleshooting and resolving LAMP environment.
Basic Knowledge of Web Security tools-SSL Certificates
Basic Hardware knowledge and experience (HP NetServers, Compaq Proliant Servers, Sun Solaris, HPUX)
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Resource Kit & Sun Solaris OS tools
Basic knowledge of network, firewall, TCP/IP and DNS
Experience in supporting WebLogic, IIS and Sun ONE in clustered environments (Load Balancer)
Good working Knowledge and troubleshooting skill of networked multitier applications based in J2EE architecture
Basic knowledge in Oracle database server, LDAP and Java.
Basic Knowledge in BEA Tuxedo.
Basic knowledge of monitoring concepts OpenView and OVO WLS SPI plugin.
Knowledge of SiteMinder Single-Sign On agents and concept (For Authentication, Security Product)
Vignette knowledge would be an advantage.
Experienced to trouble shoot SunSolaris, Windows, HPUX, expert level of administration problem.
Knowledge of Remedy Request Management Tool
Knowledge of HP OpenView System Management tools

Requirements:
Min Diploma (3 years working experience) or Degree (2 years working experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
HP UX Intermediate certification required or Sun Solaris Intermediate Certification is required (System Administration level 2 and above)
BEA WebLogic Administrator Certification
Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
Accurate keyboarding skills
Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
Must be fluent in the English language with proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work in a high pressure environment
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal direction
