Responsibilities:
Response to enquiries and meet customer expectations by providing polite, professional and accurate responses in accordance with agreed service standards.
Monitor the timely delivery to customer, the progress of every order constantly and the coordination among logistics (finished goods), store, custom and shipping. 
Build, foster, maintain and enhance relationship with new and existing customers.
Prepare quotation based on customers’ RFQ.
Ensure sufficient capacity and resources are available to support all projects and fulfill customers’ orders.
Liaise with customer to clarify and resolve all issues prior to order confirmation.
Receive, review, scrutinize and monitor customers’ purchase orders and distribute duplicate copies to Shipping, Materials and Accounts Department.
Prepare delivery schedule according to customers’ purchase orders.
Work closely with various departments to ensure that all projects being developed are the highest quality and conform to customers’ requirements and expectations.
Initiate and recommend solutions to problems detected during project development. 
Ensure all projects adhere to development and delivery schedule. 
Any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by direct superior.

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in any other related discipline.
With minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience preferably in Plastic Injection Molding.
Possess excellent communication skills, a team player and able to act with acute sense of urgency.
Computer literate, especially in MSWord, MSExcel (intermediate/advance level), MSPowerPoint.
Possess good negotiation skills with high degree of integrity, team player and self-motivated.
Good leadership, planning and presentation skills.
Proactive and ability to work independently.
