Responsibilities:
•In charge of Payroll calculation and processing for a staff force of 650 employees
•Monitor Staff Recruitment and Turnover
•Generate Payroll Related Reports
•Ensure compliance to all payroll related statutory guidelines
•Generate Human Resource Monthly and Yearly Reports
•Conduct Periodic Salaries Surveys
•Assist the Human Resource Manager in Manpower Planning and Departmental Budget
•Contribute to the realization of Human Resource Department’s KPIs
•Monitor the Leaves Status of Employees
•Contribute actively to all improvement activities of the Human Resource Department
•Carry out all duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
•Preferably with minimum Diploma in the field of Human Resource Management.
•Preferably with experience and knowledge in the Orisoft Payroll software.
•Familiar with Orisoft HRIS .
•Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
•Computer literate and familiar with the Chinese Language software is an added advantage.
•Has the exposure in other Human Resource Functions.
•Responsible and able to uphold confidentiality.
•Meticulous, thorough, accurate and systematic in the execution of duties.
•Able to meet datelines and work beyond official working hours.
•Team Player and Result Oriented.
