Responsibilities:
•Provide assistance and support in Office administrative duties
•Coordinate and prepare venues for Meetings
•Record and distribute Minutes of Meetings
•Filing of all documents and proper maintenance of all files
•Liaise with concerned members scheduled to attend meetings
•Assist Executive Secretary in the preparation and printing of Hospital’s Annual Reports and Booklets for Honorary Office Bearers
•To receive and record all incoming and outgoing mails
•To assist in receiving and sending of all faxes
•To assist in the distribution of all mails and faxes to the various departments
•Prepare and gather all relevant documents for the submission of Hospital Licence renewal
•Process the application of Honorary Resident and Visiting Consultants and keep track and prepare renewal of Consultants’ Agreement and other relevant documents pertaining to Doctors
•Provide receptionist support when the need arises
•Carry out all ad hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:
•Preferably with minimum Diploma in any related field
•Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
•Computer literate and familiar with Chinese Language software
•Experience in office administrative works an added advantage
•Meticulous, thorough and systematic in  the execution of duties
•Able to meet datelines and work beyond official working hours
